You may receive SMS messages from a business using Dispatch in the following ways:

• You text the business first. When you send a text message to a Dispatch-powered phone number, you are opting in to receive SMS responses from that business's AI agent for that conversation.
• You provide your phone number on a website or form. Some businesses collect your phone number through their website, contact form, or during service signup with an explicit SMS consent checkbox. By providing your number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS communication.
• You give verbal consent. During a phone call or in-person interaction, a business may ask if you would like to receive text message updates. If you agree, the business logs your consent before sending any SMS.

• Responses to your questions about the business (hours, services, location, pricing)
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow-ups related to your inquiry or service request
• Service-related notifications from the business you contacted

Message frequency varies based on your conversation activity. Messages are only sent in response to your inquiries or as part of an active service interaction.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Reply HELP for assistance or to reach a human.
• Contact us directly at naptownlabs@gmail.com to request removal.

Once you opt out, no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact by texting the number again.

Your Privacy

• Your phone number and messages are used solely to provide the SMS service you requested.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Data is shared only with Twilio (SMS delivery) and Anthropic (AI response generation) as required to operate the service.
