Dispatch (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Naptown Labs. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered SMS agent platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and business/organization name.

SMS and Phone Number Data

When customers text your Dispatch phone number, we collect and store the customer's phone number, the content of SMS messages sent and received, and any information the customer provides during the conversation (such as name, email, or other details captured by the AI agent).

Usage and Billing Data

We track SMS usage counts, conversation metadata, and billing information processed through Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide AI-powered SMS agent services
  • To send and receive SMS messages on behalf of your business
  • To capture and store lead information from conversations
  • To process billing and subscription management
  • To improve our services and troubleshoot issues
  • To send you service-related notifications (account alerts, billing notices)

4. SMS Messaging Disclosure

Dispatch provides AI-powered SMS messaging services. When customers text your Dispatch phone number:

  • Messages are processed by our AI agent (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate responses
  • Message content is stored to maintain conversation context and provide lead capture functionality
  • Phone numbers are stored to identify conversations and enable follow-up
  • Message and data rates may apply to end users based on their carrier plan
  • End users can reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS communication
  • End users can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the email below
  • Message frequency varies based on conversation activity

5. SMS Opt-In and Consent

By using Dispatch, you (the business) are responsible for ensuring that your customers have provided proper consent before receiving SMS messages. Customers initiate contact by texting your Dispatch number, which constitutes opt-in consent for that conversation.

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent to that number unless the customer re-initiates contact.

We do not sell, share, or use customer phone numbers or message content for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and messages are used solely to provide the SMS agent service you have configured.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Twilio — for SMS delivery and phone number provisioning
  • Anthropic — for AI message processing (message content is sent to generate responses)
  • Stripe — for payment processing

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

7. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all associated data (conversations, messages, lead information) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure infrastructure to protect your data.
